Making A Purchase
Goods are for sale within the UK only.
On-line payments must be in Sterling.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "review basket / go to payments" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the purchase.
We accept accept all major credit cards.
Credit Card Security
All on-line transactions are processed through a secure WORLDPAY server when your order is placed. We do not have access to your card details.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 7 working days after receipt of the goods or training gift voucher. Your money will be refunded as soon as the goods/vouchers are returned to us in good condition.
After the seven day cooling-off period you can still reschedule the training if required.
We will happily replace or credit any damaged or faulty goods after they have been returned to us. We will also reimburse any costs involved. Please contact us before sending any items.
Post and Packaging
All purchases are subject to post and packaging, the cost of which is displayed on the top of each page of the shopping pages. These charges apply to Mainland UK addresses only. Non mainland UK addresses will incur a surcharge. This includes Northern Ireland and Please contact us for details.
If you pay by on-line credit card we will despatch the voucher/goods by Royal Mail within 5 working days, please allow 7 days after receipt for payment by cheque or credit card details sent by post. Most orders will be delivered the next working day if we receive them before midday. If an item is out of stock, please allow extra time for delivery. We will notify you first if an item is out of stock. We regret we are unable to deliver at weekends or National holidays.
If we are unable to deliver within 5 working days we will contact you.
We must be advised immediately if you do not receive delivery within 7 days of placing your order. Please check your delivery carefully when it arrives. If there are any breakages or shortages please notify us as soon as possible.
Products listed are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to inform you and either order the goods for you or cancel the order.

We only collect information about you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given your consent.
The information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card details. We do not store your credit card information after we have completed the purchase.
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the shopping cart once you have selected an item.

If you have any complaints about the goods or services you have received from Airworks Paragliding Centre please contact us using the contact details above. All complaints will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours and will aim to resolve it within 5 working days. We will keep you informed of the progress.
